30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a full refund within 30 days
of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
IMPORTANT — HOW WE FULFILL ORDERS
SATINIER SKIN operates as a curated online retailer. Your orders are
fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners. This
means your package may arrive from an international location, which
can affect processing and delivery timelines.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
• Return must be requested within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
• Items must not show signs of use or tampering
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Opened or used skincare and beauty products
• Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with a promotional discount
• Gift cards
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email support@satinierskin.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
2. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
3. Do not ship items back without prior written approval —
unauthorized returns cannot be accepted
REFUNDS
• Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected,
your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card issuer
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Contact us immediately at support@satinierskin.com with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
SHIPPING COSTS
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless
the item is defective or incorrect
EU & UK CUSTOMERS
Under EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order
within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and
in original condition.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes charged
upon delivery are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.
