fulfilled and shipped directly by our supplier partners via
international carriers. This allows us to offer premium products
at competitive prices worldwide.
ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
once your order has been dispatched
• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

• If a package is undeliverable and returned to sender, we will

• For orders with multiple items, shipments may arrive separately
depending on supplier availability and location.
